Based on the customer's drawings, we manufactured insulation material for air conditioning boxes from general-purpose polyethylene foam "P.E-Light B-4" (black color). Using our water jet cutting machine, we cut directly from CAD data with high precision. Since no die is required, we were able to respond quickly even to requests for single prototypes.
